EU’s new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will come into effect on 25 May 2018.
Commens is a strictly non-commercial research resource. The e-mail addresses collected during the free registration is used only (1) to verify the user account and (2) to distribute the optional digests. Commens only stores the personal data of active users; information pertaining to users who have deleted their user accounts is removed. The user data is strictly for internal use, and will never be distributed to third parties.
If you wish to stop receiving the Commens Weekly Digest, please follow the following steps: log into your user account - open your user account - select 'edit' - select 'newsletters' - uncheck 'Weekly Digest' - save.
